Here is the latest installment of Ask Tee. I know it's been awhile but I hadn't had any really good questions lately. Enjoy!
Dear Tee,
I have a serious problem and I hope you can give me a little perspective. I am a woman and have this female best friend. We've been best friends for 25 years. The problem is that within the last 7 years I've come to the realization that I am bisexual. More specifically I've started developing feelings for her.
I don't know what to do. Should I tell her or just hide my feelings? Help.
Signed

My Answer
Dear S,
Well your telling her depends on a couple of things. First off, do you think there is a chance that she might return your feelings? Has she given you ANY indication that she'd be willing to enter into some sort of relationship with you? If not then keep your mouth shut.
The reason I say that is because you will then make her feel uncomfortable and that will put a wedge between the two of you. If you can live with that outcome then go for it but my hunch is that your friendship means much more to you then to dismiss it so casually.
Good luck!
